By installing or using SirKegel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
SirKegel grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the platform store rules (Apple Media Services / Google Play).
SirKegel is a general wellness app. The content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery, consult your healthcare provider before starting any pelvic floor or exercise program. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain or unusual symptoms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use SirKegel. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Use a strong unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of any voluntary notes or logs you create in the app. You grant SirKegel a limited license to store and display this content within your account solely to provide the app's functionality. We do not share, sell, or use your content for advertising.
V3 ships with a mock paywall only. No real subscription is charged at V3 launch. When real billing is introduced in a future version, terms specific to billing, renewal, and cancellation will be added here and surfaced in-app before any charge.
Do not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code; (b) use the app for any illegal purpose; (c) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; (d) attempt to disrupt, probe, or attack the app's backend.
SirKegel, the SirKegel logo (the "brand orb"), the rank insignias (Squire / Knight / Sir Kegel / Grand Master), the in-app artwork, the exercise content, and the underlying software are owned by the SirKegel team and are protected by intellectual property laws. The validated clinical instruments referenced for personalization (IIEF-5, PEDT-5, AUA-SI, NIH-CPSI) remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
SirKegel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the SirKegel team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or personal injury arising from use of exercise content. Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the platform store rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of İstanbul, Türkiye, except where a non-waivable consumer-protection forum is required by applicable law.
