Delete Your Account

Effective 2026-05-12 · Two pathways, both delete the same data

You can delete your SirKegel account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways: in-app (fastest, instant) or by email (fallback).

Option 1 — In-app (fastest)

Open the SirKegel app.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Review the confirmation. Tap Delete.
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately. You'll be signed out.

Option 2 — Email (if you can't sign in)

Email evolvra91@gmail.com from the email address you registered with.
Subject line: Delete my SirKegel account.
We verify ownership and process the deletion within 7 days.
You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

Your account record (user ID, email, display name, password hash).
All training-session records (hold seconds, repetitions, completion timestamps).
All voluntary logs (mood, anxiety, energy, free-text notes).
All onboarding answers and derived persona data (tier, stats, goal axes).
All achievement / streak / progression history.
Local AI chat history.
Subscription status (where applicable in future versions).

What is retained (and why)

Apple Health / Health Connect records that SirKegel wrote to your device's Health app remain in your Health app under your control — Apple/Google policy does not allow third-party apps to delete records written previously. You can remove them yourself from the Health app.
Anonymized aggregate analytics (e.g. "X total sessions completed across all users this week") are derived from event logs that have no user ID attached; these survive deletion as they contain no link back to you.
Email-server transactional logs (registration / verification emails) are retained by the email provider per their data-retention policy, typically 30 days.

Timing

In-app: immediate deletion of the account record and associated data. Backups are purged on the next backup cycle (typically <24 hours).
Email: within 7 days of verification.

Cannot be undone

Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery path. If you want to keep your training history, export it before deleting (in-app export is on the roadmap; ask via email until then).

Children

If you believe a child under 16 has registered, contact evolvra91@gmail.com. We will delete the account without requiring verification of ownership.

Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Antrenman geçmişini saklamak istiyorsan, silmeden önce e-posta ile dışa aktarma isteyebilirsin.
