Before you write

The fastest fixes are often the simplest:

Update the app. The newest TestFlight / Play Internal build often contains the fix already.
Restart the app. Force-quit and reopen, especially after a long sleep.
Sign out and back in. Settings → Account → Sign Out, then sign in again. Resolves stuck sync states.
Health permissions. If Health sync isn't working, check iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → SirKegel, or Android Settings → Apps → SirKegel → Permissions.

FAQ

Is the in-app AI chat really AI?

Not at V3 launch. The chat uses a vetted on-device FAQ that pattern-matches your question against a static answer set. No external AI service is called. Every response is appended with a clinical disclaimer. A real AI adapter is on the roadmap for a later version and will be opt-in.

I see "Demo Mode" labels on community posts. Why?

V3 community posts are sample placeholders. They are clearly labelled Demo Mode and the disclaimer in the Community tab tells you that real user-generated posts are not yet live. Real moderated community is planned for a future version, gated on enrollment and moderation tooling.

Do you offer medical advice?

No. SirKegel is a general wellness app. Content is educational and exercise-focused. Anything that touches a clinical screening (IIEF-5, PEDT-5, AUA-SI, NIH-CPSI) is shown only with a clinical disclaimer and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

How is my data protected?

Raw answers and computed scores from clinical screenings never leave your device in a persisted form. Only derived persona axes (e.g. "beginner / intermediate / advanced") flow back. See the Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.

How do I delete my account?

Where can I see your privacy policy and terms?

When you write

Include:

Your app version (Settings → About → Version).
Your device model and OS version.
A short description of the problem and what you've tried.
